Recruitment, Resourcing & Development
Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of
manpower requirements.
Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and
selection through Assessment Centers and behavioral selection interviews
Handling all the functions from employee joining to leaving formalities.
Compensation & Benefits
Working out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees, and executing the
same.
Reviewing existing practice and to identify and implement innovative and practical solutions pertaining to reward,
compensation and benefits.
Implementing budgeting process for the personnel costs, annual increment and management incentive process.
