Mr. Ridzwan has more than 30 years of experience in occupational safety and health. These experiences were gathered during his career with the Factories and Machinery Department, (now known as DOSH), Industrial Hygienist with Sarawak Shell Berhad and Risk Engineer with Zurich Insurance. More recently he has been given the privilege to assist notable Malaysian authorities and organization in conducting training and developing manuals and procedures in Occupational Health and Safety.
