 Designed and implemented a process to recover and sell gas during flowback operations in order to
reduce flaring. Also designed and implemented a process to sell oil through LACT during
flowback. Both initiatives resulted in a positive impact of $36M.
 Designed and implemented a saltwater disposalprocess and architecture in order to eliminate
approximately $60k per day in trucking expense.
o Unocal Corporation
 Designed and built a 200-well gathering system– safely led a team of 8 inspectors performing
excavation; right of way and exterior coating inspections; hydro testing; and other related tasks.
