across 14 organizations through scheduled and unscheduled inspections to validate and verify
compliance with Corporate Headquarters directives and policies as well as Job Site Safety,
Office Safety and perform Risk Assessments.
Responsible for training, scheduling and inspection utilization for 215 team members across
4000 personnel organization.
Created multi-faceted database to input discrepancies, build reports and track trends to ensure
Headquarters’ deadlines were met on time.
2012 – 2015 - Aircraft Operations Manager (Production Superintendent)

arrivals/departures as well aircraft scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; led a diverse team
of 430 military and civilian technicians and provided guidance and mentorship to leaders at all

Managed workload for 14 aircraft specialties on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
