Current responsibilities include First-Thru-Production Denim Patterns, creating Basic 5 Pocket,
Denim Fashion fits ranging in all categories;Instrumental in working dailywith Los Angeles Factory
QC and Laundries. All Salesman Sample Perfected to Fit on the Showroom Model to a Production
Caliber, Capable of producing several styles combined in all categories and tracking all garments
from retention. Excellent Communication skills with Contractors and Laundries in resolving
production issues at the development stages.
Responsibilities since 2007 as follows:
2007 –2008 - Instrumental in creating Denim Blocks for Men’s & Women’s.
2008 – 2010 - Denim Development & Production. Also created Woven, Cut & Sew Knit and
Leather Bottom Blocks for Women’s and Men’s Woven Bottom Blocks and seeing them thru
Production phase.
2010 – 2011 – Strictly Development & Production patterns for 5 Pocket Basic Programs for theory
& HELMUT LANG.
2012 – 2013 – Gained the position as the Manager of Wash & Development – Responsibilities
included more involvementwith laundries,sourcing new laundries.building great relationship with
Owners of up to 5 Laundries,learning aboutwashes and costing;also maintained Development &
Production responsibilities in NY; Flying to Los Angeles up to 8 times a year helping our
Production Team in NY as a liaison following up Production cuts to and from Factories and
Laundries.

Responsibilities include all new Women’s Pattern Development and Men’s new 5-pocket program
with Men’s coordinated denim separates, along with overseeing Salesman Sample and Press
Office Development coordinating prototype cutting and sewing duping 18 lines, maintaining and
interjecting the daily needs of Design Development. Also very active in Photo Shoot, proto
preparation and any visual aids that could be developed in the sewing room. Duties include
Domestic and Import Programs, oversee package set up and see them through to Salesm an
Sample Proto duping.
FIRST THRU PRODUCTION PATTERN MAKER
January 1999 through October 2000
Responsibilities included all phases first thru production: revamped the 5-pocket program.
Developed and established the women’s pattern block base, consisting of Denim fashion
Separates, Women’s Coordinated Sportswear and Separates, Women’s Leather, Contemporary
Separates. Very instrumental in Pre-production document set up, established import programs.
Creating new boundaries and maximizing the sewing rooms focus.
MOSSIMO PATTERN ROOM MANAGER
Irvine, CA October 1997 through August 1998
Responsibilities included all men’s and w omen’s domestic production, department planning, ETA projections.
Supervised 8 employees managing areas such as; Salesman Sample Pattern Development and Prototypes.
Tracking First Patterns, Cutting of Duplicates and coordinating Sew ing of Prototypes w ith In and Outside
Services. Marking and Grading very instrumentalin simplifying basic grade tables and organizing a w orkflow to
grading w ith out side sources and marking in-house. As a supervisor I focused on expanding any and all
boundaries, maximizing all employees to their fullest potential yet maintaining a positive environment.
Productivity w as increased by 300 percent.

Responsibilities included all phases of production: developed and established the w omen’s pattern block base,
developed the 5-pocket program w ith experience in ContemporarySeparates, Dressesand Women’s Readyto
Wear. Men’s Denim Basics, Urban Street Wear, Men’s ready to Wear and Volleys. Scheduled fittings both
w omen’s and men’s, also versed in Imports and Domestic Packages, know ledge in grade specification.

correcting cost efficient production, w ith a great sense of hanger appeal, yet maintaining a professional fit

Responsibilities included all phases of production: ETA projections, shrinkages, garment dying, pattern specs
and scheduled fittings, also instrumental in rebuilding pattern block base.. Supervised first samples and all
phases in preparation for salesman sample productions. Created patterns for knits, w oven and denim w ith
focus mainly in Contemporary Men’s.
