Dear Richard,
It is indeed my pleasure to give you feedback having supported us here at Rosslyn for
the past four years now and following on from the feedback given at mid-year leaves
very little more for me to say.
You have continued to deliver an excellent service to the Brewery in terms of the printer
uptimes, response to breakdowns and time to fix. Your customer interaction as also
been exemplary and your customers are not just satisfied but delighted with the service
you deliver.
You have done some good work this year with optimizing and rationalizing the printers
on site so that we have the right printers in the right areas appropriate to the business
requirements and in so doing you have assisted me in improving the cost effectiveness
of the printing solution provided across site.
You have assisted me with new device requests promptly and efficiently in determining
the business needs, specifying the type of device to ideally fit the requirement together
with your central function then ensuring a smooth installation, commissioning and
training of users on the new device.
A major area of focus for you in the past 6 months has been the printers at the beer
gate due to the importance of this equipment to the business. You put in a place a
backup solution and have monitored on a monthly basis the issues experienced with
these printers and have communicate these together with the actions taken to resolve
the issues to the warehouse and operations manager on a monthly basis. This was
done to demonstrate that the printing solution in place is an effective one that ensures
uptime at the gate.
Thanks for the great service you have offered the brewery in the past year and this
certainly exceeds my expectations in terms of your role. You have stepped up your
performance time and again and it is most certainly been a pleasure working with you.
