• When it is sold – realization of asset value

Be clear how important each component is to you.
• Cashcow – strong cashflow, low sale value. E.g.
doctor’s surgery.
• Gold nugget – modest cashflow, high ‘goodwill’,
strong asset base (bricks and mortar). E.g. factory,
guesthouse.
