every youth leader. This is not a website that needs to be visited daily and to see its

month just to get new updates. You know what, it may not get numerous visitors
everyday, but it generates thousands of income monthly. Again, number of visitors and
website ranking doesn't matter; conversion is the thing to be monitored by every internet
marketer.
Let’s say you have thousands of visitors everyday of which you earn $20 on adsense, is
the conversion good? Probably not. Listen carefully, if you are an internet marketer, you
should focus on conversion more. It is the ratio of every visitor that becomes your
customer or income generator. Now, every marketer needs to spend much time in
building their website design, website content, website credibility. Believe me, it is a
waste of time sending to visitors to your website that don't produce you income.
