Project Summary: The HRM Open Source system has an array of modules, all in one application that fulfills your
main HR requirements. HRM provides detail general information about the employee along with Educational,
Certification, Skill and Project details. It enhances the HR Management in adding, viewing and updating employees’
details and generates various reports regarding employee’s skill and experience. Suggestions and Grievances posted
by the employees are upheld for taking care of the necessary steps in forwarding company’s obligation.
Basically two kinds of users were there, one is internal and external user with different authorizations.
• Users can register themselves on the portal for different beneficiaries available.
• The users who have registered themselves on the portal were able to track their requests made for particular
beneficiaries.
• The history of all the beneficiaries that is taken by the user was available to the user on a separate page.
Responsibility:
• Understanding of requirements and creating Technical Design Documents form Functional Design.
• Master Page Customization.
• Creation of web pages and forms.
• Creation of service mappers and controllers methods to consume the web services developed in JAVA.
