Manufacturing Engineer Manager (2014 to date):
 Coordinate new product validation (molding and assembly). Improve the assembly takt time to run the
assemblies to BOM cycle time, and then find out constrains in order to improve the efficiency.
 Tool Room leader, coordinate the mold maintenance program, mold repairing and spare part and
material stock, the objective is to have all mold ready for production, also, new fixture are designed
and made for production as needed.
 Process Molding leader, focus on process improvement in order to have better quality of the parts, a
systemic methodology is following to improve the molding parameter process. Identify the root cause
to the issues found and document the solution in the quality system to avoid the same issue again.
The weakness of the mold tech & set up are identified and improved.
 Safety Coordinator, work with safety department of the shelter to have the facility in order with all
requirements of Civil Protection and Mexican Work Secretary (STPS).
Quality Manager (2009 – 2014):
 Validation of the products transferred from USA facility to Mexico Facility, molded and assemblies
following the PPAP Process.
 Implementing the Part Quality Validation to release the production line to production, thought the
Quality auditor.
 Implementation of the Incoming Inspection of the component and resin.
 Coordination of the Calibration system.
 Leader of the Preventive and Corrective Action.
 Maintain the ISO 9000 Certification.
MOLL INDUSTRIES, Inc.:
Metrology, SPC and Incoming Inspection Eng: Since February 2003 to January 2009.
 Mi function is planning, coordinate, execution and analysis of Statistics Studies as GR&R and Process
Capability, also the Layout Inspection (PPAP Process). Coordination of Measurement Equipment
Calibration. Other responsibilities are described below.
 Responsible of the Statistical Process Control.
 Coordination of Incoming Inspection and correctives action to the suppliers.
Personnel in Charge: Two Metrology Technician and one Incoming and SPC Technician.

 Implementing of clause 4.11 of ISO/QS 9000 (Control of Measurement, Inspection and Test
Equipment). Procedures were developed and implemented.
 Coordination of Measurement Equipment Calibration. Evaluate suppliers.
 Coordination and analysis of Measurement System Studies (Repeatability, reproducibility, Bias,
Stability and Linearity), ISO/QS 9000 requirements.
