extremely complex to built. an engineering feat! but no one understood it, not one could use it.
Include users in the design and development process, talk to your users as early and more often. write personas to help visualize them. write user stories to understand their goals and objectives.
no one wakes up thinking "I want to use this website because it has parallax" OR "oh i want to fill that awesome designed signup form" people want to get things done, do bank work, book tickets, lookup information
