• We  met  for  4  quarters  and  are  using  purpose  to  build  a  community  of  like  minded  
individuals  who  do  business  together
• CloudCraze  team  ccElevate  showed  us  build  a  women’s  group  within  an  
organization
• Started  to  map  our  events  and  honors  that  we  can  use  to  influence  women  leaders  
• We  partnered  with  WMBA,  MDMII  on  Women  in  Manufacturing,  ITA  on  the  IOT  
Summit
• We  also  want  to  congratulate  Julia  Kanouse  for  her  new  role  as  CEO  of  the  ITA
• We  are  in  the  process  of  building  a  more  solidified  partnership  with  ITA
• We  are  starting  to  put  a  board  together,  so  please  let  Julia  or  myself  know  if  you  
have  interest

WOMEN  INFLUENCE  CHICAGO  UPDATES • We  met  for  4  quarters  and  are  using  purpose  to  build  a  community  of  like  minded   individuals  who  do  business  together • CloudCraze  team  ccElevate  showed  us  build  a  women’s  group  within  an   organization • Started  to  map  our  events  and  honors  that  we  can  use  to  influence  women  leaders   • We  partnered  with  WMBA,  MDMII  on  Women  in  Manufacturing,  ITA  on  the  IOT   Summit • We  also  want  to  congratulate  Julia  Kanouse  for  her  new  role  as  CEO  of  the  ITA • We  are  in  the  process  of  building  a  more  solidified  partnership  with  ITA • We  are  starting  to  put  a  board  together,  so  please  let  Julia  or  myself  know  if  you   have  interest • Launched  community  collaboration  tool  earlier  this  week  open  invite  through  our   community

Irenie  Poitras Senior  Mgr – Strategy  &  Design,  IBM Irenie  is  dedicated  in  her  pursuit  to  bring  her  love   and  expertise  of  customer,  content and   commerce  to  the  marketplace  to  solve  critical   digital  transformation  challenges.    This  “trifecta”   of  value  leverages  her  ability  to  take  Ideas  to   Action,  at  scale,  through  the  use  of  Design   Thinking.   Irenie  has  been  instrumental  in  helping  big  brands   (McDonald’s  &  Coca-­‐Cola)  navigate  the   complexity  of  their  evolving  digital  ecosystems   and  adroitly  leading  clients  to  embrace   ecommerce  in  an  AGILE  fashion.     Irenie  provides  a  unique  blend  of  right  brain  and   left  brain  “sensing”  in  a  world  of  increasing   fragmentation,  having  most  recently  transitioned   over  as  a  Sr  Mgr.  with  Accenture|Fjord  companies   within  the  Insurance  and  Pharma  industries  to   reinvent  their  digital  businesses.

Anne’s  company, Live  Marketing,  is  a  well   established  boutique  agency  specializing  in   creating  engaging  experiences  for   tradeshow  +  meeting  attendees.  Buying  the   company  for  whom  she’d  been  Creative   Director  and  EVP  was  an  opportunity  to   refine  and  freshen  up  creative  solutions   used  in  B2B  setting  for  clients,  which  include   Intel,  Philips,  HPE,  Deloitte,  Baxter  and   CenturyLink.  (…and  grow  sales  by  30% J ) Anne  gained  her  agency  chops  as  an   Executive  Producer  at  Jack  Morton   Worldwide,  among  other  companies.  She’s   also  spoken  widely  at  industry  conferences   such  as  Experiential  Marketing  Summit,   Healthcare  Conventioners  Marketing   Association,  and  EXHIBITORLive.
