Introduction
• The position of student or trainee work in
an office sometimes without stipend and
with the view to gain work experience .
• I had completed my internship from 1st
April 2019 to 30 june 2019 ,under Sethi
associates High court advocate Mr Rahul
sethi .
Objective
• The main objective of internship was , I wanted to work on
throughout the 2 months of my internship that would benefit
my future career path.
• The skills, knowledge , development , opportunity, practice and
goal these were the plan objectives on obtaining during my
internship.
• Skills like writing skills , active listening , communication skill,
legal research and debate skills .
• Personality development , boosting confidence level.
• Way of presentation.
My Firm Introduction
• Sethi associates started by respected high court advocate
late shri K.L sethi sir in 1981
• Now currently running by respected high court advocate
Mr Ashok sethi sir
• Mr ashok sethi sir need no introduction in the field of law
• He is an dedicated soul ,an undying spirit .
• He is an absolute workoholic and true inspiration for every
lawyer yet balancing his personal life very well
• I completed my internship under the guidence of advocate
rahul sethi sir
• Mr Rahul sethi is a good advocate but also he is
• An motivator , counsellor , player and a mentor
Main Task
• At the outset , an intern’s day would start at 10:30 AM
and would stretch to as long as 7:00 PM with a 7-days
working week
(Flexible depending on the matters to be covered and
the work pending)
– Assisting advocate while drafting agreements , legal notice
,affidavits etc.
– Thoroughly going through the file and documents of cases.
– Attending meeting with the clients.
– Attending court hearings
– Checking the status of date of hearing of the cases

• Observe sir in the way he went about in court
• Assist in the preparation of case file
• Task such as getting prints ,issuing acts from
libraries , getting copies of judgements and
doing preliminary research work
• On specific questions.
Learning
• Drafting a legal notice :the first and important thing that one should learn.
– Is draft a legal notice , hence I learned about
– the basic format and other things in details
– Filling an affidavit in evidence an vakaltnama
• Presentation skill – every Friday of a week , every intern had to give a
presentation , the topics were allotted by the sir
• My topics were : writs , article 14 , article 19 , contempt of court , voluntary
and permanent retirement
• Research work – I have done research on case laws like
• Sabrimala temple v/s state of Madras
• Radul sha v/s state of Bihar.
• Debat skill – interns were also getting the topics on debate official or
unofficial.
Office Environment
• office environment was so comfortable for every
intern
• seniors were always ready to help us either legal
paper work or any research work
• strict environment let interns to work serious and
hard
• Where as friendly environment made interns
comfortable and can put their thoughts easily .
Court Visit
• High court Indore (M.P.)
• Hearing were starting at 10:30 AM to 4:00PM.
• Going to court rooms according the cases.
• Visit presentation section, copy section.
Case Law

• vishal khare v/s aurobindo medical
collage indore
• virendra sharma v/s the state of M.P
Conclusion
• The internship is a very chill experience ,where
you stand to learn a significant amount whilst
also having the freedom to express yourself.
• On most days work doesn’t feel like work.
• This internship not only teaches me the nuances
of law and working in the chamber of senior
advocate , but it also teaches to mix work with
the right amount of fun to give a very satisfying
and invigorating work environment .

  • 3. Introduction • The position of student or trainee work in an office sometimes without stipend and with the view to gain work experience . • I had completed my internship from 1st April 2019 to 30 june 2019 ,under Sethi associates High court advocate Mr Rahul sethi .
  • 4. Objective • The main objective of internship was , I wanted to work on throughout the 2 months of my internship that would benefit my future career path. • The skills, knowledge , development , opportunity, practice and goal these were the plan objectives on obtaining during my internship. • Skills like writing skills , active listening , communication skill, legal research and debate skills . • Personality development , boosting confidence level. • Way of presentation.

My Firm Introduction • Sethi associates started by respected high court advocate late shri K.L sethi sir in 1981 • Now currently running by respected high court advocate Mr Ashok sethi sir • Mr ashok sethi sir need no introduction in the field of law • He is an dedicated soul ,an undying spirit . • He is an absolute workoholic and true inspiration for every lawyer yet balancing his personal life very well • I completed my internship under the guidence of advocate rahul sethi sir • Mr Rahul sethi is a good advocate but also he is • An motivator , counsellor , player and a mentor

Main Task • At the outset , an intern’s day would start at 10:30 AM and would stretch to as long as 7:00 PM with a 7-days working week (Flexible depending on the matters to be covered and the work pending) – Assisting advocate while drafting agreements , legal notice ,affidavits etc. – Thoroughly going through the file and documents of cases. – Attending meeting with the clients. – Attending court hearings – Checking the status of date of hearing of the cases
  • 7. Cont.…. • Observe sir in the way he went about in court • Assist in the preparation of case file • Task such as getting prints ,issuing acts from libraries , getting copies of judgements and doing preliminary research work • On specific questions.
  • 8. Learning • Drafting a legal notice :the first and important thing that one should learn. – Is draft a legal notice , hence I learned about – the basic format and other things in details – Filling an affidavit in evidence an vakaltnama • Presentation skill – every Friday of a week , every intern had to give a presentation , the topics were allotted by the sir • My topics were : writs , article 14 , article 19 , contempt of court , voluntary and permanent retirement • Research work – I have done research on case laws like • Sabrimala temple v/s state of Madras • Radul sha v/s state of Bihar. • Debat skill – interns were also getting the topics on debate official or unofficial.

Office Environment • office environment was so comfortable for every intern • seniors were always ready to help us either legal paper work or any research work • strict environment let interns to work serious and hard • Where as friendly environment made interns comfortable and can put their thoughts easily .
  • 10. Court Visit • High court Indore (M.P.) • Hearing were starting at 10:30 AM to 4:00PM. • Going to court rooms according the cases. • Visit presentation section, copy section.

Conclusion • The internship is a very chill experience ,where you stand to learn a significant amount whilst also having the freedom to express yourself. • On most days work doesn’t feel like work. • This internship not only teaches me the nuances of law and working in the chamber of senior advocate , but it also teaches to mix work with the right amount of fun to give a very satisfying and invigorating work environment .
