Rio has more than 30 years of Information Technology experience, most of which
has been devoted to IP Data Communications and Telecommunications Networking.

Responsible for managing several Globe critical Projects like ZAP
and Baymax and other Business As Usual (BAU) projects.

Headed the Network Implementation (NI) Group as Project Director
under Global Services for the Globe Telecom Country Team. Led
a team of Project Managers, Field Managers and Roll-out Managers
that are assigned to manage the various Network Implementation
(NI) projects that NSN has contracted with Globe.
