What is Work-Life Balance:
Work-Life balance is a concept including proper prioritising between “work” (career and ambition) and
“lifestyle” (Health, Pleasure, leisure, family and spiritual development/meditation).
 Does not mean an equal balance (qualitative not quantitative)
 Will vary over time and individual
When a work-life balance exists
 Achievement - Accomplishments, success in goals
 Enjoyment - Satisfaction, happiness, sense of fulfilment
