NOTICE - Residents in the 9400, 9500, 9600, 9700, and 10900 will experience a
power outage on Tuesday 23-Oct-12 between 0900 and 1300 hours. Traffic sig-
nals in those areas will NOT be affected, however, street lights in the neighbor-
hoods will be affected. The power outage is in connection with high voltage
work being performed at the intersection of North Riva Ridge Loop and Chapel
Drive. The work will be performed by Lend Lease, Manfred Construction and
Demco Electric. If there are any comments or questions, please contact Construction Manager, Mr.
Randy LaJuett at 315-767-2414.

There will be road work conducted next to the intersections of 8th Street East and Oneida Ave and
8th Street West and Ontario Ave from 16 October 2012 thru 30 October 2012. Inbound and out
bound lanes at these two locations and beyond will be merged into single lanes. Main roads will be
closed so that old steel barriers can be removed and drainage piping can be installed.
Proper signs and orange cones will be posted on Ontario, & Oneida Ave, and 8th Street East and West
directing traffic. Existing stop signs will be enforced. Unpaved Road will be built inside of the median
for both lanes and will be maintained daily. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Jef-
frey Carroll @ 523-0458.
