Les employés, les occupants des locaux, sont d’une importance capitale pour une entreprise : 1 % des coûts d’une entreprise sont liés à l’énergie, 9 % sont des coûts de location, 90 % sont des coûts liés aux salariés. Quelques chiffres : 70 % des pays développés seront urbanisés en 2050 ; le stress sera la 1re cause de maladie en 2020 d’après l’OMS (au Royaume-Uni, 11 M de jours ouverts sont actuellement perdus à cause du stress) ; nous passons en moyenne 90 % de notre temps à l’intérieur.
