Development road map
BankData is a direct Connection from your Bank into Reckon Products.
Allows bank transactions to be AUTOMATICLY imported directly into your Reckon Product from your Bank Institute.
This can be a cheque, savining’s or Credit Card that you wish to reconcile.
This means you don’t have to spend time login into online banking> extorting your transactions> importing into Reckon OR manually keying them in.
BankData was released in 2014, and is available for Reckon Accounts Desktop, Hosted and Reckon One.
Once you have imported your banks statement, you can then create customer bank rules to quickly help you code your transaction to the right account.
By using BankData you are reconciling real day to day transactions. This will help ensure that your company file and GST is reflecting what you are actually spending or receiving.
In order to set data up, there are a few steps you need to take. The first step is to sign up for a Bankdata account, Choosing your feed plan, filling out and application to gain approval from your bank and finally managing the transactions. I will show this whole process from start to finish shortly.
Work a 4 day week. Not a 5 day week by making small changes. What would you do with that time? Family? Business coaching?
Gone are the days of pen and paper. No more hand cramps! Computers, keyboards, Accounting Software, Internet, Bankfeeds
We are doing things the quickest, easiest and most efficient way as possible.
People want information yesterday.
You now have options. You might be an extremely visual person, or maybe need a call to action to reconcile,
the traditional way to reconcile with seeing the table balance. We can customise how we process this data based on our business requirements.
Of course your data is precious, and the connection has the same security as all the major banks. The authorisation forms are also a measure of security.
