Rebecca Bustamante, MFA, PMP, just completed “Toobie” a short film directed by Kevin De Freitas for North Bay Media. Starting this fall, “Toobie” will help over 10,000 middle school students from Philadelphia to Washington, D. C., talk about anti-bullying. Rebecca is represented by Taylor Royall in Baltimore and is happily employed as a Project Manager for Verisign Inc.
