4. Background analysis
Bangladesh is one of the most disaster prone
countries with respect to natural disaster like
cyclones, typhoons, storms, flood, etc that causing
severe damage to infrastructure and other assets
specially the RHD road network.

To help restore the country's essential economic
infrastructure and domestic food production
capability, and facilitate road access to production
centers, markets and social services
