4. Background analysis
Bangladesh is one of the most disaster prone
countries with respect to natural disaster like
cyclones, typhoons, storms, flood, etc that causing
severe damage to infrastructure and other assets
specially the RHD road network.

5. Project objective
To help restore the country's essential economic
infrastructure and domestic food production
capability, and facilitate road access to production
centers, markets and social services

6. Impact and outcome
• Avoid air pollution and impact on bio-diversity.
• Women can involve construction work and their
wages eexpected to be used for ttheir children
• Create more eemployment opportunities which
aalleviate proverty

7. Risk management plan
• Lack of budget, corruption and absert community
participation hampare the project.
• Develop specific flood rehabilitation work
plan,increase budget and participation can mitigate
the risk.
