We’re 508 Compliant So We’re Okay Section 508 applies to federally funded websites agencies. Governor’s order makes 508 standards apply to state-funded websites. Because the online delivery platform claims to be 508 compliant that doesn’t make the content compliant. 8 © Rose & Smith Associates
