all Marines being processed for separation and tracked progress of paperwork through all stages of the
separation process. Monitored all visitations, activities and working parties on a day to day basis.
Transported Marines to all necessary appointments such as medical, base lawyers and counselors.

• Lead, trained and evaluated over 1,200 entry level Marines in basic infantry skills. This included proper
weapons handling, prisoner detainment, patrolling, Military Operation Urban Terrain (MOUT), Entry
Control and Combat Hunter. The passing rate for those under my instruction was 98% overall. Prepared
and maintained counseling reports and records, while also keeping the morale high, and ensuring the well-
being of those under me. Accountable for over two million dollars in serialized equipment and weapons
on a daily basis.
Staff Sergeant, Apr 2005 – Jun 2012
• Supervised up to 14 team member and maintained the accountability of 4 Main Battle Tanks, crew served
weapons, personal weapons, serialized and associated gear valued in the excess of 8 million dollars.
Tactically employed my section in 126 combat missions including tank/infantry patrols, over-watch
positions, convoy and route security.
Sergeant-Staff Sergeant, Apr 2002 – Apr 2005
• Instructed the installation's Navy Security Force(NSF) and Auxiliary Security Force (ASF) in small arms
training, use of force, physical training, unarmed self- defense, search techniques, terrorism awareness,
weapons handling, employment, and other security related topics required in applicable directives.
Assisted the Deputy Security Officer on the preparation of on base defense, along with the accompanying,
planning and monitoring exercises.

my section. Conducted daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance checks and service for two
