• It design, develops, manufactures and sells product including
Air conditioners, Mobile phone, Computers, Microwave,
washing machine, Refrigerators and Televisions.
• Production facilities were constructed in Pakistan in 2002 and
Jordan in 2003.

involved to making a refrigerator.
To manufactures any type of refrigerator they use total 150
parts.
How to maintain manpower and how to utilize it.
I went Mumbai to visit exhibition which was organized by Vijay
Sales as a Name of ‘IICF’ and it was held from 23rd Dec.2014 to
5th Jan 2015.
Company keeps employees record after resigning them too.
Suggestion
Organize events so that you can appear longer times in
customers mind.
Go through advertising to promote your product and hire the
best personality for the brand ambassador.
 Organize CSR activities to get in touch with the customer as
well as it will help you to stay in customer mind longer.
 Adopt new technologies to one step ahead from another
company.
 Provide discount in off season.
 Remove misconception from the customer mind that this is
China Product and its life will not be more than our expectation
We should provide customer delight so that they can be loyal
and be stay for longer times.
