5. Typical Daily Schedule on school days
• 6 am arrival for morning swim practice.
• JV to swim from 3 to 4 pm.
• Varsity swim from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

• Saturdays, 9 to 11:30 am. Swim and lifting.
• Tuesday AM, girls squad
• Thursday AM, boys squad
• AM on M, T, W, Th, and off on most Fridays,
pending.
• Summary: girls = M,T,W + Saturdays
• Summary: boys = M,W,Th + Saturdays

7. Afternoon for JVs
• Mon, 3-4 pm swim at Obama
• Tue, 3-4 pm swim at Obama
• Wed, no 3 PM swim at Obama.
• Wed, rather than Obama, go to U-Prep, 3 to 6 pm.
• Thur, 3-4 pm swim at Obama.
• Fri, 3-4 pm swim at Obama.
• Pending, lifting from 4-5 pm. For December.

8. PM for Varsity Swimmers
• Monday, 6:30 to 8:30 pm, swim.
• Tuesday, 6:30 to 8:30 pm, swim.
• Wednesday, 6:30 to 8:30 pm, swim.*****

• Friday, 3-4 pm swim.

• W: 6 AM + go to UPrep, 3-6 pm, once a month.
• Th: 6 AM + 3-4 pm
• F: 3-4 pm
• S: 9-11:30 am, swim and lift.
• Sun: off
