 In Bangladesh Grameenphone & Banglalink are the major two operators. Few years back they only
serve customer in traditional way - like SIM change, Data service, VAS etc. But both of them want to
give additional service for customers. For this, both operator start One Stop Solution in 2005 -
2006. They introduce connection, recharge and handset sale in the service center. Both the
operator get success in this project.
 As we all know the concept of a Brand Handset Shop. A customer can get any handset model of
that particular brand. They can’t sale any operator connection or anything else.
