Activities carried out under this project:
- Worked in Germany as onsite coordinator at Wolfsburg.
- Worked from creating Master sections till final tool launch.
- worked for skin wrapping slush molded parts like arm rest and Top roll
- Worked for front and rear door.

- Making study of styling data. Making layout for fixation. Checking interface
between parts. Checking with Environment parts.

Activities carried out under this project (mainly worked on floor console)
- Study of Head impact zone. Making study in CAD and give input to CAE.
- Worked for parts like Top cover, front and rear air duct. Centre console.

- Making study as per ECE R 21 regulation.
- Referring SDS (system design specification) for Ford. Making SDS
document as per the style input.

- Worked on front and Rear door.
- Solely responsible for Rear Door. Worked from scratch to end of Designing.
- Making master sections, giving styling proposal define parts splitting.
- Also define Gap and flush, under flush and over flush for parts.
- Get the parts done from sub-ordinates, give solution for problem.
- Making DMU analysis for parts, Assemblies.
3. Project: Renault Logan Instrument Panel
- Conversion of LHD to RHD model of complete Instrument Panel.
- Creation most of parts in driver side area like, knee bolster, Visor and driver

- Redesign of glove box, lid inner and outer parts.
- Responsibility of tooling considerations like draft analysis, core -cavity
matching,
- Parting line definition and finding the different solutions for molding problems.
- Ensuring all the major assembly considerations, manufacturing process
- Considerations and general design constraints are met.
- Conduct Interference and Packaging studies on the all the designed parts with
the Environment parts.
- Technical knowledge in French Language, Leading and guiding team for
technical and Catia software problems.
