How to make charts or graphics?
Management lessons
• Design a system for each function
• Monitor the system routinely ( do not relax here)
• Correct deviations immediately
• Connect with people in the organization
• Avoid gossip
Management Lesson 2
• Avoid any kind of criticism of anyone in the school
• Do not complain about your teachers of staff except with your
own family members( if you must)
• Delegate with accountability ( so create a clear cut role and
responsibility)
• Discuss changes to be done with teachers but take your own
decision
Tips to remind and remember work an d things
• Uses Post- it notes of different colors and stick them up
• Record in your cellphone
• Make checklist of work and tick them up
• Use Planner
• Use reminder Board in front where you sit
