Currently part of the FSO practice at Ernst and Young Global Shared Services. In this role, I am working for a
Team from US end working majorly on Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDO) with preparation of Income
statement and Balance sheet and practical approach to identify and resolve tax related issues. I am currently
working a Lead and Reviewing Corp Tax returns and Work papers (Income statement and Balance sheet
preparation, Cash flow analysis and Portfolio Analysis).
Process: Collateralized Debt Obligations/Securitization (CDO)
Job Description:
• Reviewed and prepared work papers relating to CDO reporting on analysis of Cash flow and Portfolio
statements.
• Analyzed the cash flow in association with waterfall reports, trade reports, swap agreements, offering
memorandum.
• Tracked the closing balances for portfolio and verified with collateral reports.
• Performed calculations pertaining to Original Issue Discount, Market Discount, Bond Premium and
Capital Gains.

2. • Validation of data, analyze cash flow, portfolio and crude financial data provided by client and prepare
draft income statement and balance sheet, tax cost projections, tax equalization calculations,
hypothetical tax calculations, etc.
• Computation of economic allocations and tax returns, security analysis, other tax adjustments and tax
return preparations for CDOs, banking, insurance and other corporate clients based on US GAAP and
IRS & IFRS.
