Project Description: This was migration project from AIA10G to AIA 11G stack. This was complex

PIPS to O2C PIPS stack. Challenges was to understand the exiting functionalities implemented and also
some new business requirement to merge and implement in upgraded platform. Most important was
migration of production data from old stack to new stack. Another chanllenge was that VFQ had mixed

migrate to single AIA 11G(O2C PIP) platform.

Project Description: According to the directive of the Telecom Separation Undertaking, Telecom Retail
has to comply with Equivalence of Input (EOI) with regards to the sale of its retail Broadband services. As per
this undertaking Telecom Retail has to stop selling their Fast IP Direct (FIPD) broadband service and offer
customers the regulated products viz. BUBA & EUBA.
In order to deliver and support the regulated products, Broadband Aggregation program was established to
comply with the undertakings’ directives.
TechM team was responsible for end to end Integration flow for TNZ-BBA project. From Requierment
gathering to development of Broband Application using SOA technology to testing support and production
support.

customers providing high-speed Internet, Voice, Long distance services.Cox offeres an array of advanced
digital video, high-speed Internet and Telephony services over its own nationwide IP network.
Now to start a integrated/Quadra Play offering the Cox is launching its Wireless services. A Greenfield
implementation of Wireless Telecom Services, integrating different end systems like
CRM,BRM,SOA/AIA,OSM,Redknee, Sprint etc was a huge task. Oracle SOA Suite and AIA was used to
integrate the whole IT stack.

Project Description: This was Proof of Concept to assess the capability of the offered Siebel CRM &
Oracle Billing solution using Oracle SOA Suite. The objective of the Proof of Concept activity is to
demonstrate, how the future proposed solution will be able to answer Telecom client’s business and IT
requirements.
The scope of the project is to demonstrate the use cases described in the use case requirement document
received from Telecom client. The Use Case Requirement document contains a list of 14 use cases. These

Lexmark is going in for a complete re-design of their processes spanning across B2B interfacing, Financials,
Manufacturing and Customer Relationship Management. The Business Process Re-engineering would
provide the footprint of putting in place an integrated suite of products from webMethods and Inovis to provide
the architecture to automate the Business Processes designed as a pre-requisite step. This initiative is to be
piloted at Lexington and then to be rolled out to all the other divisions and locations across USA, Europe and
Asia Pacific. This initiative is seen as an attempt to replace the redundant processes and software’s.
This is a support project based on EDI,MQ,Webmethods. Lexmark has many existing customers.
Webmethods receives message(PO, PO change etc.) from customers and sends it to JDE directly or through
TLI. From JDE message(Invoice, Shipment notice etc.) comes to Webmethods and Webmethods sends it to
customer. Some of the customers do not have EDI system at their end. This type of customers are called
EDI-LIGHT customer. For this type of customer, Lexmark trades through FTP or SMTP. ANSI, EDIFACT are
