Develop a message for each audience - both internal and external, learn how to read body language like a champ, understand the power of the unspoken word, and finally the importance of writing everything down for posterity and your posterior. Churchill failed early in life and managed to turn things around. You can learn a lot from his communication experiences and apply them to your career.
