Software Defined Accelerated Platform
The TXE platform's flexible architecture utilizes both software and hardware acceleration to allow for superior video quality and den sity,
while maintaining flexibility.The compression engine supports both CBR and VBR (statmux mode as well as capped VBR) and has
been fine tuned to provide superior video quality. The TXE platform provides the highestencoding/transcoding densityand low er power
consumption resulting in reduced OPEX.
A True Converged Platform
One platform is used for many applications.Specifically the TXE platform supports distribution encoding/transcoding,multiscreen
encoding/transcoding,contribution encoding as well as other features such as Muxing, Statmuxing and audio Intelligain.The TXE
platform also supports a comprehensive listof inputs including SDI,IP (both compressed and uncompressed) and file inputs.

The TXE platform can be controlled using a web interface as well as Vistalink CSM - Compression System Manager.This is a complete

The 3480MUX-ASI8x8-IPGE is part of the 3480 Media Exchange Processor platform.A complete,flexible solution to concurrently
demuxand remuxup to 8x IP and ASI inputs across 8xIP and ASI outputs.
Flexible, supporting multiple inputs types including SPTS,MPTS, ASI, IP and Unicast/Multicastaddressing.
Controlled by the industryleading VistaLINK® PRO CSM, the 3480 Multiplexer offers grooming and re-multiplexing ofpre-encoded
content in a new single or multi program transportstream readyto be broadcastacross DVB-S,DVB-T, DVB-C and IPTV networks.
The platform is enabled with Service, Socket, Port and Device level redundancywhen paired with VLPRO CSM NMS.
The 3480 Multiplexer supports advanced stream processing capabilities such as Program and PID remapping,DVB/ATSC table
generation and per program bitrate limiting to stop over bitrate inputs from disrupting groomed outputs.
When paired with VLPRO CSM NMS, the 3480 Multiplexer can also supportinband metadata insertion directlyinto a private PID.

The TSM line of remote probes is a complete software based solution for compressed network monitoring.By monitoring the MPEG
TransportStream at strategic points within the distribution network,in conjunction with the industryleading VistaLINK® PRO NMS
(Network ManagementSystem),the TSMIP10GE offers service providers the tools to continuouslyand effectively have the confid ence

High Density, High Video Quality Professional Encoder
Built on modern technologyand leveraging years of experience in 1-RU and modular real-time compression and video technology,the
3480 encoder series takes video qualityin H.264 and MPEG-2 compression to a whole new level with no compromises on video quality
and density.
The 3480 encoder series is builton a highly flexible platform that allows the core video processing engine to change in a fa ctory-
installed modular fashion to maintain your investmentwell into the future. Hybrid hardware/software architecture is used to optimize
flexibility and performance and density.
The 3480 encoder platform is flexible enough to house both HD and SD with SDI inputs,as well as H.264 and MPEG-2 video codecs,
alongside a wide arrayof audio processing technologies and codecs,including integrated IntelliGain real -time loudness measurement
and correction technology. Channel configurations include up to four SD (in either H.264 or MPEG-2), and up to four HD signals (720p
or 1080i,or a mix). When coupled with the 3480 STC (statmux controller),the 3480 encoder channels participate in real -time statmux
pools,both in MPEG-2 and H.264 to produce variable bitrate streams.

StreamLINK™: The Enterprise Service Encoding Solution (SLKE)
Built on modern technologyand leveraging years of experience in 1RU and modular real-time compression technology,the 3480SLKE
encoder has been designed to deliver enterprise leading video qualityin a costeffective platform.
The 3480SLKE encoder platform has the flexibility to house both HD and SD SDI inputs,as well as H.264 and MPEG-2 video codecs.
The streaming IP outputcan be configured for either a unicastor multicastdelivery that can be decoded by a wide variety of hardware,
software,settop boxes and consumer style decoders.Channel configurations include encoding ofup to 8 HD or 16 SD signals ( 720p,
1080i,525i or 625i in either H.264, MPEG-2 or a mix).
The configuration ofthe device is fully flexible allowing the user to configure various encoding parameters including bitrate,GOP size,
visual filter effects, network interface, and more.This device can de-embed the audio from the incoming video signal and applyMPEG-
1 layer II, AAC or Dolby® Digital AC-3 audio encoding.
The 3480SLKE encoder has a dedicated control port that offers a built-in web server for quick and easyconfiguration.SNMP control is
also fully integrated for use with VistaLINK®.
The 3480SLKE encoder is a simple yetelegantsolution for costeffective HD/SD-SDI enterprise streaming over IP networks.

The CP-3100E is firstof the VUE family of control panels and is optimized for single or multi-system control applications.
The CP-3100E features one large touch screen for quick selection and navigation,four user defined buttons,and a single shaft
encoder.The buttons can be configured to quickly change between modes or menus.The shaftencoder can be used for selection or
navigation requirements.
The CP-3100 features two Gigabit Ethernet ports supporting separate networks for isolating router based and SNMP based control

IP Based Multi-Image Display& MonitoringSolution
MViP-II improves on the first generation MVIP by offering all of the same features plus advanced monitoring features including:
loudness monitoring,Macroblock detection,and compliance monitoring.MViP-II also offers more simultaneous decodes with up to 64
MPEG-2/H.264 SD or 32 MPEG-2 HD or 16 H.264 HD. The MViP-II can be used to monitor both "main screen"encodes as well as
"over the top" streams including:HLS,LSS, HDS and MPEG-DASH on top of standard MPEG-2 transportstreams.
MViP-ll has been developed to be used as a tool for digital headends,IPTV networks,and sites using IP for distribution with a
requirementto monitor and displayaudio and video along with fault information and transportdetails on a simple to configur e system.
MViP-ll supports all major video compression standards including HEVC and therefore can be used in almostanyapplication where
video and audio are being transported over IP. MViP-ll is SNMP enabled which allows VistaLINK to configure and store all monitoring
values and alarms.
Integration of MViP-ll and VistaLINK allows Source Cycling,Penalty box, fault logging and reporting under a single management
system with the ability to have multiple MViP-ll units or Evertz monitoring products as a monitoring resource poll.
