INTRODUCTION
 I am introducing the organization with you is the Gul
Ahmed Group mainly we are discussing about is Gul
Ahmed Textile sector.
 The Gul Ahmed Group began trading in textiles in the
early 20th century. In 1953, the group decided to enter
the field of manufacturing under the name Gul Ahmed
Textile Mills Limited.
 In 1972 it was listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange.
Since then, the company has made rapid progress and is
currently one of the leading composite textile houses in
the world.
 The company decided to diversify into the country's
retail sector in 2003, which known as Ideas by Gul
Ahmed.

IDENTIFICATION
• Gul Ahmed have his brand image in the market, gul Ahmed proudly said that
they are the pioneers of lawn manufacturer in Pakistan. Gul Ahmed business
are mostly occurs on the designer lawn and on cotton fabric. They produce
most of the quality fabric around the globe. Gul Ahmed are mainly focus on
consumer market instead of business market.

• Gul Ahmed product price are pretty much low as compare from the
competitors.
• To do this efforts they was doing a huge research on the market and which
put them on top.
• Gul ahmed also have the motives to serve the people and they want every
type of people purchase their product so they set the price as low as they
can.
• They did segmentation of area wise and put expensive products on niche
areas and put middle level product on middle class area.
• They also introduced some low price product for the lower and middle class.
Promotion
• Before at every launch of new collection they advertise thorough
billboards and on the newspaper all over the country.
• Then they distribute the free magazines door to door all over the
country.
• Gul Ahmed also participated in the fashion shows.
• Dressed Gul Ahmed clothes walk on ramp to promote the product.
Placement
• Ideas® by Gul Ahmed is the retail venture of Gul Ahmed Textile
Mills Ltd. Envisioning the needs of customers and the growing
trend towards the retail industry, the company decided to
diversify into the retail sector in 2003.
