Ethics is the collection of principles and values that specify the
goodness or badness of behavior of individual, Ethics, also known as
a branch of moral philosophy that addresses questions about
morality , concepts such as good and Evil, right and wrong,
Justice and Crime Etc.

3. What is Corporate Ethics ?
Corporate ethics also known as business ethics is a form of
applied ethics or professional ethics that examines ethical
principles and moral or ethical problems that arise in a business
environment. It applies to all aspects of business conduct and is
relevant to the conduct of individuals and entire organizations.

expected to abide by them.

Top level management of a company consists of the board of directors
and the chief executive or the managing director. Top management is the
ultimate source of authority and it establishes goals and policies for the
enterprise. It devotes more time for planning and co-ordination
functions.

 It also control the behaviors of the employees either ethically or unethically.
 Without ethics organizational climate can’t be achieved.
