Description about the client:
The Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) is the educational authority for the emirate of
Abu Dhabi. Organized in 2005 by the UAE's president Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan ,
ADEC is responsible primarily for the management and administration of the emirate's
public schools. Additionally, ADEC issues licenses, monitors, and inspects the emirate's
many different private schools.
Responsibilities:
As an HRMS Consultant, was involved in following tasks:
Implemented Oracle R12 HRMS modules HR, OLM, OPM/PMS, and Self-Service
HR.
Roles include Business process mapping and prototyping, gap analysis,
solution design, HRMS setup, testing and user training
Worked on setting up of Work Structures - Location, Organization, Job and
Grade in HR.
Requirement gathering and preparing RD050 document based on requirement
gathering
Preparation of MD050 document and sign-off from the customer for the same
Preparation of BR100: Application Setup Document and configuring the setups
in the application for OLM and PMS
Implemented cascading PMS plan for Abu Dhabi Education Council and support
thereof
Prepared Rollout rollback plan before implementation
Involved in Unit testing, System Testing and in phase of UAT across multiple
environments
Preparation of TE040 explaining detailed test scripts

Responsibilities:
As a lead of HRMS Testing Team, I was responsible to identify, execute and
track all the test scenarios and cases related to various HRMS and Payroll
Modules.

As a part of Development team, I was responsible to analyse the feasibility
