norms and making invoice basing on contract conditions.
 Finalization of Freight Rates along with Management by inviting Tenders and dispatch vehicles as per
agreement had with Transporters.
 Taking Rate Approvals from Management for Transporters Payments
 Maintain Way Bills according to dispatch plan and preparing utilization of Way Bills status and
Coordinating with interstate depots regarding requirement of way bills.
 Checking with Quality / Production / Stores departments for clearing , posting and issuing of Finished
Goods in SAP software.

 Co ordination with Quality department for Art Work approvals & Specifications with store depart-
ment.
 Verifications of GRN'S and with Accounts department for Supplier's Payments.
Successfully achieved following during career span as a Commercial Executive
 Presently Handling Supply Chain activity of 18,000 MT per month in packaging form & 10,000 MT
per month in loose form (by Road as well as Railway Rake &Vessel Transportation) from Chennai
Unit. Performed a vital role in handling of packaging Materials & Commercial Activities with in the
work areas.
 Pricing Activity (cost planning) for the Branded Consumer Packs which is supplying from Chennai.
Refinery as well as Sales Depot.
