Reviewing the accruals made on a monthly basis and confirm to FAS 5 requirements as per
US GAAP. Ensuring that all the Balance Sheet GLs are reconciled as per the Parent
company’s guidelines. Ensuring the GLs are reconciled in a timely manner and reconciling
items are resolved. This involves training the reconcilers to reconcile the Accounts in the
required manner in ERP and manual format. Resolve the queries of the reconcilers for
issues at the time of reconciliation. Monitoring the status and follow-up for timely
completion in ERP and timely submission in manual format. Keeping track of Finance
structural cost and maintain the same within the budgeted levels. Generating adequate
MIS for Accounts Payables, Vendor ageing & ensuring timely payments to Employees for
their Expense reimbursements.

Pivotal in reviewing the Controllers Circular Letters issued as to the impact on the unit. Communicate
the impact of the Parent Companies to the relevant functional controller and ensure compliance of
the same.

assess the same from the Accounting perspective. Look into various accounting pronouncements for
doing a technical assessment for Accounting.

working system, ISO 9001 and understand the US GAP.
Periodically checked the desk procedure for all the activities carried out. Update the DPs as and
when there is a change in the procedure to perform the activity.
Ensured submission of monthly MIS reports. Review the MIS reports and take necessary actions.
Collated & compiled the reports for Asia Pacific & Global Accounting team on quarterly or monthly
basis as per timeline defined.
