2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Typical Point is a web based application which is being used by Eagle Lighting which is one of the Biggest
Retail Store situated at US to maintain well relationship with their customers (New Dealers) and to gain
Business Customers in an organized way. As per its domain name this project was meant to deal with
customers. Based on the Requirement specification of Eagle Lighting our company developed this
application to enhance their sales process so that they could track information about each and every stage of
sales process. Using several other modules related to customer support they could track all the complaints
raised by the Dealers or the End users regarding the product so that they can get a better picture about the
