सेनटल बैक आफ इिणडया, एक अगणी सावरजिनक केत बैक िजसकी पूरे भारतवषर मे 4300 से अिधक शाखाये हे तथा िजसका
कुल वयवसाय 4.25 लाख करोड है िजसके पास 37000 से अिधक पितभा संपनन कमरचारी संखया है अपने सागर िसथत आरसेटी
िनदेशक के पद हेतु संिवदा आधार पर बैक से सेवािनवृतत वेतनमान 3 एवं अिधक के अिधकारी िजनके पास िकसी भी
सावरजिनक केत /एसबीआई (अथारत हमारे बैक/अनय सावरजिनक केत बैक /सटेट बैक आफ इिणडया ) मे संबंिधत िवशेषजता का
अनुभव हो की खोज कर रहा है. ऐसे वेतनमान III एवं अिधक के अिधकारी जोिक िदनांक 30.09.2015 को
सेवािनवृतत हो गये है वे भी आवेदन कर सकते है

37000 + employees, is looking for retired bank officers in Scale-III and above having experience in
working in any Public Sector Banks / SBI (i.e. our bank / any other Public Sector Banks / SBI) and
with relevant expertise for recruitment on contract as In-charge for its RSETI. Such scale III &
above officer who has retired on 30.09.2015 will also be eligible for applying for the same .

आवशयक Essential:
i) उममीदवार ने नयनूतम 20 साल की बैक
मे सेवा करके उसमे कम से कम 15 वषर
अिधकारी संवगर मे सेवा करके अिधविषता
पर पहंच कर सेवािनवृित या वीआरएस
िलया हो Candidate should have
retired on VRS or on attaining
superannuation with minimum
20 years of service of which at

ii) उसने गामीण शाखा मे कम से कम 03
वषर शाखापबंधक के रप मे कायर िकया हो
He should have worked as
Branch Manager in any scale in
a rural branch for at least 3
years.
Iii)उसका बेदाग िरकाडर हो तथा उसके पास
िपछले िनयोकता से संतोषजनक सेवा का
पमाणपत हो He should have

Iv) उसको सथानीय भाषा की जानकारी हो

2. संिवदा अविध,रािश तथा अनय याता वयय CONTRACT PERIOD, AMOUNT AND OTHER TRAVELLING EXPENSES:
उममीदवार को संिवदा आधार पर एक वषर के िलये िनयुकत िकया जावेगा . संिवदा का नवीनीकरण बैक के िववेक पर
िवसतािरत नीितयो एवं िनयमो की शतो के अधीन होगा
The candidate shall be appointed on Contract basis for a period of one year. Renewal may be
possible at Bank’s sole discretion in terms of extant policies and rules.
संबंिधत सदसय को संिवदा का नवीनीकरण पत जारी करते समय िनमनिलिखत शतो शािमल की गई है Following
conditions to be incorporated while issuing the Renewal of Contract letter to the member concerned.
(a) संिवदा खतम होने के एक माह अिगम रप से संबंिधत केतीय पबंधक को अपना कायरिनषपादन मूलयांकन पसतुत िकया
जावेगा To submit Performance Appraisal to Regional Manager concerned one month in advance of
expiry of contract
(b) बैक के कायरिनषपादन मूलयांकन के अनुसार अनय िविभनन पैरामीटरो के अधीन , संिवदा का नवीनीकरण सरकार
दारा िनधारिरत पैरामीटर के अनुसार आरसेटी केनद का नयूनतम ‘’ ’’बी गेड होने को धयान मे रखकर बैक के पूणरतया िववेक पर
ही िकया जावेगा Subject to Performance under other various parameters as per Bank’s Performance
Appraisal, the renewal of contract which will be sole prerogative of Bank shall be considered
keeping in view the grading of minimum “B” of RSETI Centre, as per parameter prescribed by Govt.
of India.
संिवदा रािश तथा अनय याता वयय CONTRACT AMOUNT AND OTHER TRAVELLING EXPENSES:
अिधकारी दारा िलये जाने वाले अंितम वेतन तथा भतते मे से कमयुटेशन के पूवर राहत जोड कर जो पेशन िनिशत की गई है उसकी पारिभक
रािश को घटाकर देय रािश या र25000/- जो दोनो मे कम हो पितमाह देय होगी , संिवदा रािश का भुगतान िकया जावेगा
The contract amount shall be paid an amount equivalent to last pay & allowances drawn less the
initial amount of Pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon or Rs. 25,000/-
p.m. whichever is lower
इसके अलावा मोबाईल ,वाहन आिद के िलये एकमुशत रािश र5000/- पितमाह भुगतान की जावेगी Further a lump sum amount
of Rs.5000/- per month shall be paid towards mobile, conveyance etc.
तथािप ‘’अिधकारी दारा िलये गये अंितम पे एवं भतते मे से कमयुटेशन के पूवर िनिशत पेशन की पारंिभक रािश को घटा कर तथा राहत जोड
’’कर की शतर केवल उनही अिधकारयो पर लागू होगी जो राषटीयकृत बैक के पेशन िवकलप के साथ बैक सेवा से सेवािनवृतत हये है. तथा गैर
पेशन के पकरण मे उममीदवार को पितमाह र25000/- की पातता होगी तथा मोबाईल ,वाहन इतयािद के िलये एक मुशत रािश र5000/-
भी देय होगे. कृपया नोट करे िक इसके अलावा अनय कोई लाभ या पभार न तो उपिचत होगे या देय होगे .
However, the condition of “ Last Pay & Allowance drawn by the Officer less the initial amount of
pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc.” will be applicable only to the pension co-optee
retired bank official of a Nationalised Bank and in case of non-pensioner, the candidate will be
eligible only for Rs. 25,000/- p.m. together with lump sum amount of Rs. 5000/- towards Mobile,
Conveyance etc. Please note that no other benefits or charges shall accrue or be payable.
पद की अपेका के अनुसार याता हेतु टीए/डीए की पितपूित उनके सेवािनवृित के समय िजस पद पर कायर कर रहे थे के सकेल/गेड के अनुसार
ही की जावेगी .
Reimbursement of TA/DA for traveling as per requirement of the post shall be made as per the
scale/grade in which he was working at the time of his superannuation.
अनय कोई भतता/वययो की पितपित नही की जावेगी . No other allowances/reimbursement of expenses will be
admissible.

4. अवकाश LEAVE:
उममीदवार को पितमाह अिधकतम 02 िदन के अवकाश सिहत पितवषर 15 िदन के अवकाश की पातता होगी The
candidates shall be entitled for 15 days leave per year with maximum of 02 days per month.
5. जाब पोफाईल JOB PROFILE:
ये अिधकारी ‘िनदेशक आरसेटी ’के रप मे कायर करेगे तथा आरसेटी के समपूणर कायरकलाप को देखेगे These officers
shall be working as “Director RSETI ” and have to oversee the overall functioning of
RSETI .
6. चयन पिकया SELECTION PROCEDURE:
The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the
Bank in this regard shall be final.
7. केवल सेवािनवृत बैक अिधकारी ही आवेदन करे । अनय आवेदनो पर िवचार नही िकया जाएगा ।
. Only bank retired officers are eligible to apply. Applications of other than retired
bank officers shall not be considered.
8. आवेदन पसतुत करना SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION
पात उममीदवार को अपना आवेदन िदये गये पारप (अनुबंध) मे पसतुत करना होगा आवेदन पापत होने की अंितम ितिथ 12-
09-2015 है िनधारिरत िदनांक के बाद कोई भी आवेदन सवीकार नही िकया जावेगा अधूरे आवेदन िनरसत कर िदये जावेगे
Eligible candidates have to submit their applications in the given format (Annexure -A). Last date for
receipt of application is 12-09-2015. No applications shall be entertained beyond the stipulated
date. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

9. आवेदन शुलक APPLICATION FEE: िनरंक Nil
कोई भी िनधारिरत शुलक नही है There is no application fee prescribed.
10. सामानय अनुदेश GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
(a) पद हेतु आवेदन करते समय आवेदक को यह सुिनिशत करना होगा िक वह उपरोकत उललेिखत पातता
मानदणडो/अनय मानदणडो को पूरा करता है तथा सभी पसतुत िववरण सभी तरह से सही है . यिद यह पाया जाता है िक भती
की िकसी भी सटेज मे उममीदवार पातता मानदणडो को पूरा नही करता है तथा/या यह िक उसने गलत सूचना दी है या िकसी
तथयो को जानबूझकर िछपाया है तो उसकी उममीदवारी सवतः िनरसत हो जावेगी यिद िनयुिक के बाद उपरोकत कोई भी
किमयां पाई जाती हे तो उसका संिवदा िबना िकसी नोिटस के समापत हेतु दायी होगा . While applying for the post,
the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned
above and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage
of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and / or that he/ she has furnished

any incorrect / false information or has suppressed any material fact (s), his / her candidature will
automatically stand cancelled. If any of the above shortcoming(s) is / are detected even after
engagement, his / her contractual engagement is liable to be terminated without any notice.
(b) सुयोगय एवं पात पकरणो मे उपरोकत उललेिखत अपेिकत पातता शतर मे छूट पबंधन के िववेक पर दी जा सकती है.
पबंधन को यह अिधकार होगा िक वह िबना कारण बताये उपरोकत िवजापन मे दी गइ िसथित को भरे अथवा नही भरे. In
case of suitable and deserving cases, any of the requirements and conditions of eligibility mentioned
above, may be relaxed at the discretion of the Management . The Management reserves the right to
fill or not to fill the above advertised position without assigning any reason thereof.
(c) िवजापन के बदले केवल अपना आवेदन दे देने तथा िवजापन मे िदये गये मानदणडो को पूरा कर देने भर से
साकातकार के िलये बुलावा पत पापत करने का अिधकारी नही होगा Mere admission of application against the
advertisement and apparently fulfilling the criteria as prescribed in the advertisement would not
bestow on him / her right to be called for interview.
