o Architectured and developed Sainsbury’s Test Automation Framework (STAF). This
is now the standard framework being used for all the automation done in Sainsbury’s.
Some of the key advantage of this framework is the extension of reusability to screen
level from object level, increased use of excel for data and execution sequence and
complete control of execution and reporting from HP ALM.
3. o Developed QC download Tool using excel macro which enables the user to
download multiple scripts from HP ALM in one excel with auto formatting. This
feature is not available in ALM.

Description: Mobile scan and go (MSAG) is a mobile app developed by Retalix for
shopping using your mobile for Sainsbury’s. This app was specially designed
for Sainsbury’s and customer can perform complete journey of shopping, item
selection, item scan and bill payment using this app present in their mobile.

Project: Pin Entering Device (PED) project
Description: The PED used in Sainsbury’s has to be replaced as they were no longer PCI
compliance. The job of testing team was to validate two new PED from
VeriFone and ingenico and suggest Sainsbury’s the best to go with.
Also once ingenico was selected complete testing was done with all the cards
provided by different acquirer.

Project: Automation of RTSC OE 7 DM and Home and Lifestyle (H & L)
Description: The RTSC programme aims to deliver two custom-built Supply Chain
Systems (Order Execution – OE; Data Management – DM and a security
module) and the required system modifications to the existing SCION MPS
application as well as making significant updates to the integration landscape
which enables these applications to communicate effectively with one another
as well as the upstream and downstream supply chain systems applications.
Home and Lifestyle project was aim to automate the process of creating
items, stores, linking of items with department, zones and store etc along with
the pricing and promotion. Overall complete automation of the work
Sainsbury’s performing as part of data in RMS v9 and RMS v10.
