 Project Manager with 20 Years & 10 Months of work experience in MEP Project Management Team
starting from planning stage through various stages such as contractual correspondence, design,
procurement, QA-QC, variation claims, billing etc. till completion of different types of Reputed MEP projects.

The different type of MEP projects were namely Domestic/International Airports (Dubai – U.A.E., Doha – Qatar,
Daharan – Saudi Arabia, Kolkata - India) , DLF Camellias(Gurgaon-Delhi, India), GIFT tower 2(QC2) and District
cooling plant for GIFT CITY, IIT Academic Building(Gujarat–India), prestigious largest shopping mall(Villaggio),
Qatar Parliament - Diwan Al Amiri Utility/Substation Building, Power/Desalination Plants, ARAMCO Plants(Oil &
Gas Sector),Ministry of Defence & Aviation Project, Commercial & Residential building, School Buildings,
Supermarket.
Key Deliverables
A. Strategic Planning:
 Formulating strategies for achievement of goals by identifying & developing new avenues for growth with
internal customers (In-House employees) as well as external customers such as
Client/Consultant/Vendors/Manufacturers.
 Ensuring adherence to planned budgets while reducing time & cost loss.
 Ensuring adherence to project quality plan, HSE requirement, Risk & change management, employee
engagement programs.
B. Operations:
Project Management
 Tracking & implementation of project plans within preset deadlines and coordinating projects for timely
completion with various reputed clients belonging to Government & Private Authorities.
 Preparing & obtaining approval from the Client/Consultants for project schedules/plans, engineering
designs/drawings and technical proposals as per the Contract documents (Such as Bill of Quantity-BOQ,
Specification requirements, Tender documents & addendums, Tender & Issued for Construction drawings etc.)
 Introducing & implementing suggestion schemes, arranging trainings & seminars.

 Handling & attending various technical & progress review meetings for achieving better performance

Design Engineering
 Gathering Site survey reports, Specification requirements, Technical Data, Design basis drawings &
documents, Regulations, Applicable standards etc.
 Preparing & getting approval of shop drawings by making necessary revisions.
 Eliminating redundant / obsolete processes involved in the design and working towards value-addition.
 Conducting trials & tests, identifying changes and making final execution of works.
Erection-Commissioning
 Preparing plans/schedules for project as per the process and material flow needs. Foreseeing performance
bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.
 Overseeing site preparations, mobilizing resources for carrying out erection activities.
 Preparing & obtaining approvals for the method statements, testing & commissioning plans, schedules,
procedures, formats.
 Managing the erection, testing & commissioning of various MEP equipments/items & system
equipments/items & verifying the results with the specified/designed performance standards.
Operations & Maintenance (O & M)
 Planning preventive maintenance as per recommendation of manufacture/vendor for various
equipments/items, preparing O & M manual & obtaining approval from Client/Consultants.
 Identifying areas of failures/breakdowns and take steps to rectify equipments /faults through application of
trouble shooting tools and spare parts planning.
Annual Salary/CTC Details India:
 Existing annual salary/CTC in India with Leighton India in 2016 is RS. 16,50,000 per annum inclusive of all
plus relocation allowance of Rs.50000. Life Insurance & permanent disability coverage is double the CTC.
 Expected CTC in India – Negotiable. Subject to job type/location/position.
Annual Salary/CTC Details abroad:
 Last annual salary/CTC in Qatar with VOLTAS in 2009 was QRS. 277788 including annual bonus/other benefits
per annum plus free transport, family status with air tickets/visa, mobile/laptop with monthly bills. This
becomes equivalent to (QRS. 23150 i.e. equal to USD 6350 including bonus/other benefits per month)
plus free transport, family status with air tickets/visa/insurance, mobile/laptop with monthly bills.
 Expected CTC abroad in Gulf/Middle East – Better than above last salary package (QRS. 23150 i.e. equal to
USD 6350 including bonus/other benefits per month) with additional benefits for single status (Bachelor room
furnished accommodation) instead of family status. No family status/no medical & no air tickets for family as
family can't join with me due to prevailing conditions back at home.

Highlights:
 Entered in the DLF Camellias project at very critical stage i.e. Aug’2015 when The Company had lost the time
of more than 1-1/4 year due to pending engineering i.e. MEP GFC drawings/shop drawings. Client DLF/PMC
Hill wants the completion of engineering/procurement/installation to remain as per original i.e. Oct’2016 for
all nine towers (Common basement 3 levels, 3 towers 38 floors and 6 towers 21 floors plus
terrace/penthouse). The Company’s core competency is in Civil field and is Australia based doing MEP self-
delivery first time in India with Inexperienced amateur team & staff mismanagement, new concept of In-
house MEP labours in India, In house new duct production & pre-fabrication set-up, very high overhead cost,
MEP asked to do civil works, job insecurity, job dissatisfaction & job turnover ratio, Business model.
 DLF Camellias is very prestigious project for DLF, hence getting directly monitored by owner/VC & top
management team of DLF. This project is going to have super luxury residential apartments(429 Nos) in nine
towers (Common basement 3 levels, 3 towers with 38 floors and 6 towers with 21 floors plus
terrace/penthouse)

 Entered in the Gift tower 2(QC2) project at super-critical stage when The Company had already received poor
performance notice and threat of contract termination due to previous serious failures despite repeated
reminders, which was not acceptable to the Client. Hence, the emergency state of project demanded the
working late night voluntarily i.e. working daily 14 hours and on holidays for almost six months continuous to
recover the backlog by enhancing performance till completion for restoring the client’s confidence.
 First tallest tower (Basement + Ground floor + 28 floors + Terrace) in Gujarat and first district cooling plant
in all over India. Both are very Fast Track Prestigious Projects launched by Gujarat Government as part of
Mega Project “GIFT City – Dream City of International standard”.

The different type of MEP projects were namely Domestic/International Airports (Dubai – U.A.E., Doha – Qatar, Daharan – Saudi Arabia, Kolkata - India) , DLF Camellias(Gurgaon-Delhi, India), GIFT tower 2(QC2) and District cooling plant for GIFT CITY, IIT Academic Building(Gujarat–India), prestigious largest shopping mall(Villaggio), Qatar Parliament - Diwan Al Amiri Utility/Substation Building, Power/Desalination Plants, ARAMCO Plants(Oil & Gas Sector),Ministry of Defence & Aviation Project, Commercial & Residential building, School Buildings, Supermarket. Key Deliverables A. Strategic Planning:  Formulating strategies for achievement of goals by identifying & developing new avenues for growth with internal customers (In-House employees) as well as external customers such as Client/Consultant/Vendors/Manufacturers.  Ensuring adherence to planned budgets while reducing time & cost loss.  Ensuring adherence to project quality plan, HSE requirement, Risk & change management, employee engagement programs. B. Operations: Project Management  Tracking & implementation of project plans within preset deadlines and coordinating projects for timely completion with various reputed clients belonging to Government & Private Authorities.  Preparing & obtaining approval from the Client/Consultants for project schedules/plans, engineering designs/drawings and technical proposals as per the Contract documents (Such as Bill of Quantity-BOQ, Specification requirements, Tender documents & addendums, Tender & Issued for Construction drawings etc.)  Introducing & implementing suggestion schemes, arranging trainings & seminars.  Goal setting & performance review of subordinate staff for appraisal purpose.  Handling & attending various technical & progress review meetings for achieving better performance standards.  Project status updating, tracking, monitoring & reporting. Design Engineering  Gathering Site survey reports, Specification requirements, Technical Data, Design basis drawings & documents, Regulations, Applicable standards etc.  Preparing & getting approval of shop drawings by making necessary revisions.  Eliminating redundant / obsolete processes involved in the design and working towards value-addition.  Conducting trials & tests, identifying changes and making final execution of works. Erection-Commissioning  Preparing plans/schedules for project as per the process and material flow needs. Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.  Overseeing site preparations, mobilizing resources for carrying out erection activities.  Preparing & obtaining approvals for the method statements, testing & commissioning plans, schedules, procedures, formats.  Managing the erection, testing & commissioning of various MEP equipments/items & system equipments/items & verifying the results with the specified/designed performance standards. Operations & Maintenance (O & M)  Planning preventive maintenance as per recommendation of manufacture/vendor for various equipments/items, preparing O & M manual & obtaining approval from Client/Consultants.  Identifying areas of failures/breakdowns and take steps to rectify equipments /faults through application of trouble shooting tools and spare parts planning. Annual Salary/CTC Details India:  Existing annual salary/CTC in India with Leighton India in 2016 is RS. 16,50,000 per annum inclusive of all plus relocation allowance of Rs.50000. Life Insurance & permanent disability coverage is double the CTC.  Expected CTC in India – Negotiable. Subject to job type/location/position. GM – MEP.  Understanding, executing and monitoring the Contract agreement as per Specifications, Bill of quantities, Contract drawings, Addendums and Variation works as per change in requirements vide variation orders/Engineers Instruction.  Checking and obtaining approval of: o Shop drawings as per drawing schedule agreed with the Consultants/Client. o Material/Technical submittals for various MEP equipments/items as per the procurement schedule agreed with the Consultants/Client.  Follow-up, signing offs material indents and following materials deliveries with purchase dept. for various MEP items.  Follow-up, Ensuring QA/QC approvals taken against material inspection requests and Work Inspection requests.  MEP coordination, highlighting areas of concerns, major outstanding issues during various office/site meetings & site walks with PMC Hill/Consultants ADG & Internal Leighton Civil team.  Follow-up and Ensuring QA/QC approvals of method statements, mock-up works.  Monitoring & Control of amateur staff & labour teams. Bringing efficiency & implementing cost control measures for permanent & temporary works.  Attending safety walks & meetings.  Follow-up and ensuring monthly interim payment application & variation claims by Billing/QS Engineer. Highlights:  Entered in the DLF Camellias project at very critical stage i.e. Aug’2015 when The Company had lost the time of more than 1-1/4 year due to pending engineering i.e. MEP GFC drawings/shop drawings. Client DLF/PMC Hill wants the completion of engineering/procurement/installation to remain as per original i.e. Oct’2016 for all nine towers (Common basement 3 levels, 3 towers 38 floors and 6 towers 21 floors plus terrace/penthouse). The Company’s core competency is in Civil field and is Australia based doing MEP self- delivery first time in India with Inexperienced amateur team & staff mismanagement, new concept of In- house MEP labours in India, In house new duct production & pre-fabrication set-up, very high overhead cost, MEP asked to do civil works, job insecurity, job dissatisfaction & job turnover ratio, Business model.  DLF Camellias is very prestigious project for DLF, hence getting directly monitored by owner/VC & top management team of DLF. This project is going to have super luxury residential apartments(429 Nos) in nine towers (Common basement 3 levels, 3 towers with 38 floors and 6 towers with 21 floors plus terrace/penthouse) ETA ENG.
