Using sourcing techniques to identify the apt resources for the IT needs of the clients
Negotiating the compensation and benefits with the potential candidates (on contract and full time)
Touch base with the consultant’s quite often on any grievance’s /issues they may to address them
To schedule and conducting pre-screen interviews with candidates/consultants, prior submitting to the
client’s
Scheduling interviews as per clients confirmation on the time/date, following up on the feedback post
interviews
To follow up with the consultants on the approved timesheets
Sending Invoice to the client's of all the consultants and send it to the respective accounts department
To work on contracts of the consultants as part of post selection process
Sending work reporting details to the selected/on-boarding consultants
To follow up with client's on a daily basis on new requisitions
Attend the conference calls of the clientele or/and meet them in-person to understand the projected
positions which are required to be addressed with apt resources
