Description
SERVICE DESK application which is developed on BMC Remedy 7.6.04 SP5 is basically used for
Incident management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service request management,
Configuration Management (CMDB), Event management for several partners of T-Mobile like Orange,
Tak-Tak and Vodafone as well as all other internal applications of T-Mobile uses this application to log
tickets and keep track of their issues.

3. SERVICE DESK work as a single point of contact where all the issues, problem, Change requests,
service requests of every applications are logged and managed.
Customers and end users who raise request using SERVICE DESK are kept updated continuously by
different inbuilt mechanism of BMC Remedy like email notifications, SMS notifications as well as
communicated over some integrations like Web services, C and Java API integrations, Atrium
integrations and DB Links.

• Migration of the code and data from old system to new system using AR migratory tool.

Description
TMS Application is a change management tool, completely developed in BMC Remedy. It
is a ticketing application. Tickets get created using Remedy user tool called as
Intervention through Remedy Mid-Tier / user tool. These interventions are approved,
refused, re-planned using different modules. TMS has two modules - Analysis Impact &
Study of Impacts to study the impact of different technologies used while creating
intervention. It is also integrated with a notification module called Prevenance (i.e.
Notification) which notifies user of all the studies through mail.
The whole ODEON application also has various customizations, Migrations and
Integrations like MQ (messaging Queue) and Web service integration as per user
requirements.
