I am currently working in the Global Travel Office as a Travel Specialist. I perform a variety of duties that consist of
Analyzing, evaluating and appropriately applying international travel processes,practices and methods daily. I
successfully coordinate all foreign travel orders and vouchers as well as review and process complex requests for
travel to foreign countries and attendance at international conferences and meetings for the organization. I interpret
and analyze regulations to determine service's needs and evaluate the effectiveness of operations and s ervices to
anticipate and avert problems.
As a part of my regular duties, I also audit foreign travel orders and vouchers through GovTrip, which has
transitioned over to CGE automated travel systems.I analyze studies associated with new travel procedures
implemented by the Division's ongoing work to develop objectives and assessment criteria and provide feedback of
study outcomes to superiors. I compile, create, retrieve and manipulate data to assess programperformance and
prepare reports on problems and recommendations for improvement in program administration.
I provide a full range of international travel services in response to the specific needs of the organization such as
obtaining visa applications for traveler's completion and work with the organization's Passport Office to obtain
passports and all required visas prior to traveler's planned departure. I also draft, formulate and edit a variety of
correspondence for travel related issiues. I create/submit international travel request (ITR’s) in the US country
Clearance System. I coordinate / serve as liaison between travelers on US Official business and Embassies
throughout the world securing approval for entry. I post approvals to cables system. I handle sensitive information. I
train new employees on the travel process for the eCC Team. I work other duties as assigned.

I served as a Property Administrator for Lost, Damaged, and Destroyed Government Property Reports (LDD) at the
CSO Kandahar, Afghanistan property office.
My job entailed investigating,analysis, evaluation and implementation of DOD Property Control policies and
procedures.As it applies by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to all US Government Property (GFE, CAP)
in the contractor’s control. I was directly in charge of devising complex reports,working with CID, gathering all
pertinent information pertaining to the loss,damage or destruction of US Government Property. Upon acquiring all
the information needed to make up a complete LDD packet (Witness Statements, Pictures, Property ID etc.) to be
submitted to the Project Manager, Deputy PM, for review and approval before being forwarded to the (GPA)
Government Property Administrator for review/approval and end result of Relief of Responsibility Closure Letter
(ROR) relieving the contractorof liability for said loss, stolen,damaged or destroyed Government Property.
I also assisted on Government Property tagging and inspections of incoming assets and materials. I installed
permanent (GP) identification numbers on the property, and inducted the property into the automated database
(DynMoro). Verified physical count of stock material against automated database,makes adjustments,and assists
with investigating any discrepancies.

Filler Operator

I worked as the filler Operator for Line M2. I was directly in charge of the lines production, line speed,product
quality and inventory output for third shift. I was charged with pulling live product samples from the line 25 per
hour every hour which had to be placed in glass vile and submitted to the LAB for testing.
I was also in charge of keeping the line stocked with various supplies to keep production. Pallets of bottles,labels,
caps,boxes and sometimes manual palletizing. I had to perform PMI maintenance once a week on the Filler. It had
to be broken down, cleaned, greased and calibrated.
I was responsible for batch changes.When I changed the flavor or fragrances the Filler would have to be cleaned,
sanitized and tested.Before production could start,product would have to be submitted to the LAB for testing in
order to proceed with the production order. I was in charge of all changes,paperwork and shift reports.

In December 2005, I was hired by KBR as a Client Owned Equipment Specialist assigned to the C-5 Taji, Iraq
Property Office. I was trained in Houston,Texas at KBR U to track government property from acquisition to
disposition.I tracked and inventoried along with a team of several other colleagues 25,000 plus line items with at a
dollar figure of $110,000,000.
I also was trained at KBR University on LTDD Reports Lost, Damage Destroyed Government Property. When I first
arrived, the LTDD program was almost in disrepair. I was instrumental in helping KBR with passing (GPA)
Government Property Admin. Internal Audits. I single handedly closed over 100 outdated,noncompliant LTDD
Reports, thus saving KBR millions of dollars in cost saving initiatives, person-hours,and labor. Thus,I was
nominated for the MVP Award from Log Cap III HQ. I was also promoted to Senior Client Owned Equipment
Specialist.
Managed a department of 11 people 6 offices. I verified time sheets and signed off on time sheets as I had signature
authority. I manually turned in the department’s time cards as well as daily accountability reports; attend
management meetings, conference calls. I also served as a liaison between HQ Property and Project Management. I
collaborated with Client and/or DCMA Property Administrator and resolved all property administration issues.
Ensured that client owned equipment was properly identified and tracked in (STEAM/MAXIMO) from Cradle to
Grave training; acquisition to disposition. Ensured as well as provided quarterly schedule for Property Inventories
and otherMgt. duties as assigned.
I returned to the states in 2008 for eight months and was recommissioned by KBR Management to return to C-5 Taji
as an Estimator. I studied for six months and took the estimating exam and passed.I estimated multimillion-dollar
new construction projects; labor, O&M Services, BLS, materials etc. I also presented these estimate to the Client
