Dear Madam/Sir:
It is a great pleasure for me to provide a thorough evaluation and most enthusiastic recommendation in
support of Ms. Raghda Mamdoh M Alsaif’s application.
In my current position as Dean of the College of Business Administration at PMU, as well as in my
previous roles as Dean of the Larry L. Luing School of Business at Berkeley College, Associate Dean of Business,
Education & Human Development at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, President of the Academy of
International Business Southwest, President of the Federation of Business Disciplines, President of the Academy
for Excellence in College Education, and Vice President of the Academy for Global Business Advancement, I
have had the privilege to teach – and to work with – some outstanding individuals inside and outside the
classroom; without a doubt, Ms. Raghda was one of the brightest and finest. Besides my awareness that she is a
highly intelligent individual, I also base this judgment on the unique way that she blends several critical
characteristics:
(1) Excellent working routine and exceptional ability to think critically and creatively;
(2) High willingness to accept responsibility and a seemingly limitless energy level;
(3) First-rate interpersonal skills and a distinct ability to communicate;
(4) An active recognition of one’s responsibility to fellow students and the society;
(5) The unique potential to succeed in any possible role in life.
I know Ms. Raghda very well on a professional basis from her performance in the one course that I am
teaching as a Dean, and from other professional interactions and communications at PMU. Ms. Raghda was an
excellent student in my very demanding ‘BUSI 3313 Marketing Principles’ class and impressed me in terms of
broader soft skills such as motivation, commitment, learning ability, and communication skills, as well as with
regard to hard skills such as her subject knowledge, analytical abilities, and writing skills.
More specifically, Ms. Raghda at all times demonstrated extraordinarily high levels of motivation and
commitment, both inside and outside the classroom. From an academic viewpoint, Ms. Raghda proved to be a
motivated, hardworking, and dedicated individual, with coursework of outstanding quality. Without exception,x

2. she received high grades on all exams. All her assignments were punctual, precise, impressive, and carefully
organized. With her thorough thoughts and comments in class - showing excellent preparation and involvement
- Ms. Raghda was of great benefit to the course. She demonstrated her ability to achieve success in a long-term
project and was – at all times – willing to provide support and help to other students whenever there was a need.
I know from my colleagues that her performances in other courses did not differ from her accomplishments in
my class; Ms. Raghda has established a study routine that easily surpasses that of other students.
While her natural ability to learn certainly facilitated her accomplishments, Ms. Raghda nevertheless
always sought to use her full potential when completing any type of assignment. In this regard, her work impressed
through a very high degree of intellectual and applied creativity; exactly because of that creativity, her outstanding
analytical abilities, and her excellent writing skills, she will be very successful in her continuous pursuits. This
conclusion is also based on the fact that other faculty members who had her in their classes share my assessment.
Furthermore, Ms. Raghda’s personality and her goals in life are absolutely consistent with her application. From
my conversation with Ms. Raghda I know that she has very reasonable expectations about pursuing this
opportunity, which would relate perfectly well to her interests, past experiences, and future plans. So, from the
viewpoint of motivation and commitment, Ms. Raghda has certainly earned herself the reputation of being a most
outstanding individual. I am certain that these capabilities and skills, in connection with her maturity and
intelligence, will also guarantee her future success.
Another characteristic that impresses me about Ms. Raghda is her great drive even in less-than-optimal
situations. She always showed a talent to get the job done, even when the circumstances or equipment were less
than favorable for the success of the task. At the same time, we all learned that Ms. Raghda did not require any
particular degree of supervision or control: instead, because of her self-motivation and dedication, she was able
to identify objectives and to diligently work towards their accomplishment. In all activities that I have ever seen
her in, she always exhibited her ability to complete any task in the most efficient and effective manner, using a
combination of very good skills and knowledge on the one hand, and motivation and dedication on the other hand.
Without exception, it has been a pleasure for everyone to work with Ms. Raghda. Individuals dealing with her,
always had nothing but praise for her talent to set goals, recognize and solve problems in an intelligent, creative,
and successful way, and to effectively communicate with others. In all her activities, she easily impresses through
a high level of dedication to her work. So, from the viewpoint of work skills and knowledge, I have to say that
her excellent education and defined skills and knowledge, complemented by strong personal work ethics and
values of integrity, make her handle her tasks and achieve her goals with ease. At all times, I got to know Ms.
Raghda as a caring and courteous student with a nice and warm personality, and a very distinct social sensitivity.
She clearly showed the ability to understand the experiences and problems of others.
In more general terms regarding her maturity to succeed in her future pursuits, Ms. Raghda has always
exhibited a very mature and professional behavior. She showed very high levels of critical and analytical thinking
and has taken enormous interest in her environment. She practiced an open communication style and excellent
communication skills. She was creative and exhibited book smartness as well as street smartness. She established
a good rapport with both her fellow students and her instructors. I found her to be a dependable team player andx

In terms of her potential, it is obvious that her efforts are exceptionally focused and that this is a quality not often
found so early in one’s career. Overall, I believe that Ms. Raghda’s potential to succeed in her education and
profession, to live a successful life, and to contribute to society is unlimited.
