•Act as a first point of contact for the associates whenever they are
released from any onsite / offshore assignment. To check individual
aspirations for onsite positions, technical roles, leadership roles,
outstation transfers, release from the account, training and
development, issues, and concerns.
•Work force planning along with the management team based on the
business needs and growth plans for the account.
•Keeping the pool of bench associates under control by utilizing and
deploying them for the requirements within the BU.
•Strategizing sourcing techniques for the open positions. Formulate
policies and drive effective deployment. Fulfilling complex requirements
with in defined SLAs
•Able to empathize and convince the associates to other location
requirements
•Minimizing the Signoffs (permission for external recruitment) to the
extent possible and effectively utilizing signoffs already issued.
•Discussing with Business clients with the identified solution
Add/modify the technical reqs to the proposed solution as per business
•Adhere to TARGET Systems Development process guide lines in
designing developing testing and implementing system specification
•Reviewing support access needs, Outage window for
Database/ETL/Unix patching, Incident severity level.
•Review current existing System non-functional requirements (SNFRs)
and add the SNFRs if necessary to increase the stability of the
application, minimize the negative business impact.
•Training under gone in the basic concepts of Object Oriented
Programming Language. Under taken training in basic java and oracle
 Total of 8.7+ yrs. in TCS
 Resource Manager with 8.7 yrs of exp in handling various ISUs.
 BFS Unit Lead, – Nov 14 to till date.
 NGM Unit RMG Lead – Aug 13 to Oct 14
 ASU Unit RMG – Oct 12 to July 13
 Telecom EV Unit RMG – Dec’11 to Sep 2012.

• Work Force Planning for the ISU.
• Managing day to day staffing for open requirements of various accounts.
• map talent to opportunity in line with business needs
• Continuous monitoring of parameters like unallocated number, Utilization, Allocated effort,
associate mix, offshore leverage etc. for the ISU.
• Deriving the right staffing mix for the open requirements.
• Driving Trainee absorption for the ISU.
• Work on competency development of associates with the help of L&D team.
• Planning the fluidity in collaboration with projects
• Periodic (Weekly/Quarterly/Annual) status reporting to the ISU head
• Collaborate with other ISUs to staff open requirements
