Sediment Tanks
Our sediment tanks provide a basic and quick solution for water containing heavy suspended solids. The
internal baffles are designed to provide maximum settling time for a continuous flow of water. Sediment
tanks come with an inlet, an outlet and two bottom de-sludging valves to allow for simple installation and
quick and easy de-sludging operation.
Sediment tanks can also be supplemented with chemical dosing units to enhance the settling rates,
effectively reducing Total Suspended Solids (TSS).

Chemically Enhanced Primary Treatment (CEPT)
Our CEPT systems are clarification units with inbuilt chemical dosing and control. They are designed to be
easily mobilised and require a small footprint. Minimal operation of these units are required due to the
automatic functionality of the systems. The CEPT systems utilise a physio-chemical process for the
treatment of pH, total suspended solids (TSS) and heavy metals precipitation.

CEPT30
The CEPT30 is a compact Chemically Enhanced Primary
Treatment unit used where smaller influent flow rates are
expected. Due to its compact design it is ideal for sites with
limited space.
CEPT60
The CEPT60 is a large, two-stage Chemically Enhanced
Primary Treatment unit used where high influent flow
rates are expected. Due to its containerised design it can
be stacked on top of other units, such as a filter media unit
and sediment tank units.
CEPT80
The CEPT80 unit has the highest capacity to treat water of
all the CEPT units, used where extremely high influent flow
rates are expected. It is also equipped with a geotextile
bag that is designed to handle the sludge generated from
clarifying water.

Media Filtration
Our media filtration systems treat a range of recalcitrant
contaminants. Contaminants that are in a dissolved phase that
cannot be treated through physio-chemical means are
adsorbed through media filtration. The system can also be
used simply for particle filtration and/or for polishing water
(removal of colour and odour from water). The type of media
used will determine which contaminant is adsorbed.
Features:
• Fully containerised unit allowing for ease of transport/
mobilisation
• Specially designed container for easy access for emptying/
filling vessels
• Automatic backwashing system
• Selection of filter media available for fine particle filtration,
inorganic and organic adsorption

Solids Dewatering Unit
Our solids dewatering systems are able to manage sludge generated from treating water into a product
that is spade-able and suitable for disposal with general site waste (subject to influent water
contamination profile). These units are compact and can be used as a standalone unit or within a multiple
treatment unit system. The sludge feed is dosed with flocculant to enhance the solids dewatering process.
Dewatered solids are collected in a bin and disposed of off-site.

Water Quality Monitoring
Our monitoring equipment allows the user to accurately track the real-time performance of any water
treatment & management system. These are used to collect data for key discharge parameters for
recording, compliance & reporting purposes (such as to environmental authorities & councils).

Flow Meter
Flow meters are used simply to track the volume of
water discharged to a point. They display the flow
rate to indicate how quickly water is being
discharged, as well as the cumulative flow (volume).
They are very easy and inexpensive to set up.
Flow Pod
The Flow Pod is a monitoring unit that is used at the
end of a treatment process. It uses analytical
instruments (field probes) from certified
manufacturers to log key discharge parameters to
monitor the performance of the treatment system as
well as collect data for reporting purposes. The Flow
Pod is compact and very easy to install. Maintenance
of probes is made simple by use of the quick connect/
disconnect fittings (both mechanically and
electrically).
Groundwater Monitoring
Our groundwater monitoring equipment uses pressure sensors to determine groundwater table depths.
These simple and easy to handle devices are suspended within monitoring wells to a known depth and are
able to log the water height above the sensor. The information can be gathered to determine recharge rates
of groundwater, and the effect of dewatering on the groundwater table.
