      problem statement
    • You need to define the boundaries for the
      problem statement
    • Undefined boundaries cause project to fail
    • You can not accommodate all changes at all time

        – Web site got larger and larger and took almost as much
          time for the game itself
        – Last minute story changes
        – Artwork changes that cause re-write at the last-minute
        – The game was over a year late

        – The product must not have an adverse impact on
          existing system.

        – All defects found must be judge of low enough priority
