Zainulloh as CEO and Hafiz Yeris Ananda as Vice CEO. We make company called
Bhakti Nusantara Garuda which is a private waste management company as a
solution for waste disposal management in DKI Jakarta. In the following years
our goals is actually joint venture with the government to ensure the efficiency
and stability of our business ,other options is we will open our shares then go-
public and become PT (Perseroan Terbatas).
Marketing : We promote our services by door-to-door method by our
marketers and weoffer our services to the head of local neighbourhood an ,we
also use our Waste Management Application as our main attraction. As a app-
based business we will integrate it with the latest technology and connect it
with the network as an independent application ,our interface will be eco-
friendly and customer friendly to provide energy efficient application and
create trustworthy relation between our company and customers. Our service
and its output is actually our marketing too, as a waste management company
we should provide the best services to our customers and ensure the output is
solving waste problem in the area ,if that two factors giving good signals ,it will

MARKET ANALYSIS
These days ,Indonesia’s big city is dealing with waste problem which is
inevitable and seems never ended ,despite the hardwork of the government to
clean this waste problem but its still conquering most of our lease space in big
city ,no matter how many garbage truck or people get involved in the cleansing
of big city’s waste. According to DKI Jakarta’s Burreau of Administration the
total amount of waste that being carried to TPA (waste landfill) is 4,986.31
units while the amount of uncarried waste that being left in Jakarta
unattendedly is 611.92 units ,from the data we can conclude that the recent
waste disposal management is still in need of reformation and solution
because if we still left some waste in our big city even if its as small as park ,it
will affect the prosperity and welfare of our own city life. The solution is
actually not located in the amount of variables that being used to clean the
waste problems ,but in the productivity of labors and the techniques in waste
disposal management ,by enchancing and developing those two factors it
would be great enough to help the progress for cleansing big city’s waste
problem. Its time for Indonesia to open the chance for private company to
manage waste disposal problems ,because by doing so it will create a
competitive situation which will make a chain of action to enchance and
develop a reformation for waste disposal management.
LOCATION
We don’t have any office yet, but we will build our head office in Jalan Mh.
Thamrin Jakarta to promote our best company to local government and
investors. Our waste disposal management factory will be located in
Pulogadung industrial estate because its located far from housing complex and
any urban area but have a strategic place with many possible routes to ensure
the waste is being delivered to our Waste Disposal Management Factory
efficiently and preferably in-time ,withoutharming any citizens nearby ,also it’s
away from any flood and sea to ensure the waste wouldn’t harming
