If I didn’t stumble upon this great idea of a work at home call center, I would
literally be typing this from a Starbucks that would be my home since I wouldn’t have
one. This recession has not been kind, I thought my job was secure I was an Apple
salesman, everyone needs a computer and more people want Macs! However, it soon
became apparent that the store I worked for was going to close down soon, it could
not afford the rent, and with business and profits at an all-time low the store finally
had to close. If it wasn’t for this miracle of finding a work at home call center I
wouldn’t have a home.

You see my brother ran his own home business for more than 10 years, I never
really asked him what he did, except that he seemed happy and content. It is rather
unfortunate that we were never really that close, he was the older brother and I guess I
always held a grudge with him for picking on me when we were growing up. This
time however, he was being the protective big brother and flew down to give me a
solution to my problem. He said he knew my predicament and wanted to help by
giving me a head start on this work at home call center. He would guide me through
the process and teach me all the tricks and ins and outs of the business. He was even

no qualms about him taking me under his wing and taking care of me.
My brother taught me all he knew and guided me through the process but I still
