I have the capacity to draw upon skills in leadership and management, self evaluation, school improvement planning, outstanding teaching and learning, assessment, curriculum development and behaviour management. I am a passionate educator who believes in always providing an enriched, academic and creative learning opportunity for pupils of all abilities and attitudes remembering that school has to be enjoyed and cherished.
